Sarah, Project Manager
I graduated from the Technical University as a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 2006. I joined Tekla straight after graduation and have been working here since. I am currently managing a project related to software and online development, creating software specifications, working with software developers, and collaborating with our business segments, area offices, and also with other Trimble solution experts.
The best thing about my job is new challenges and continuous learning. The best thing about Tekla is the people - working with them is fun and meaningful.
Ville, Engineering Director
I studied 3D planning systems and software technology. Now I am the Engineering Director for the Trimble DBO Platform group. We are responsible for developing DBO platform technology within the Trimble Buildings group and bring together deep domain-driven solutions on a common Trimble Buildings DBO product suite. I have worked at Tekla since 1997 in different positions - as a Programmer, Application Manager, Product Manager and Product Offering Manager. In 2013 I moved to Colorado for assignment for current role. My work includes a lot of communication with group´s different development offices, subcontractors and divisions – including Tekla.
The fact that we are actually changing how construction industry works is very impressive and motivating to me. The best thing about my job is enthusiastic customers.
